Rhyming Poems – Avondale Logandale 3rd & 4th Grade – Winter 2020

Students worked on rhyme and creative writing they also learned brainstorming techniques and used examples from a group poem to write their own original poems.

I like them with some pumpkin pie.

Pumpkin pie is my real life.

Ketchup is my heart’s side.

Pickles are the worst to me.

But pizza isn’t my enemy.

I like ice cream in my shakes.

This is dessert so now don’t wait.
