Nature poems

This week, poets at Poe Middle School in Ms. Agboola’s class wrote nature poems. See what they created.

Stars

Stars in the sky

Stars with a guy

The stars are shy

Stars are mine

I can go outside with nature.

I can play with sticks

I can do tricks

I can eat grits

I can play with my dog.

Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars

Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune.

Water, Earth, Fire, Air mattress

Sun, Moon, Stars, Planets

Everyone is different, just be who you are!

Exotic

Nature…

Nature has a lot of exotic animals

and places

stars are also apart of nature

If you go certain places

it’s a lot of beautiful

I went out of town

for a holiday

they had a lot

of beautiful fireworks

so we waited until

night to fire them

I was admiring

the beautiful stars

I like the nature

because it’s a lot

to learn about

different settings

seasons, and timing.

Hatred

I hate nature.

It’s dangerous and annoying.

People get killed by animals

Oxygen dies down.

The circle of life is distrapped.

Animals are after their own kind.

People kill themselves.

Animals become extinct.

In the winter.

People die of

frostbite.

Stars are never

shown. The only

star in the sky is the

moon.
